Eric met us on time and went through all our options, and helped us decide what was best for us.  He was extremely friendly and professional.  Jake and Jason installed the systems and were obviously highly skilled. They then took the time to help us understand the system and explain how to use the app, and were very patient helping older clients to use the technology.
